Each user can have up to 10 alternative numbers assigned to them. You can assign numbers from the range of numbers that is allocated to your site, or you can assign virtual extension numbers as long as they are unique within your organisation.
The extension you assign must be outside of the following ranges:
To assign alternative numbers
For administrators only
If you enter a phone number, the extension number is shown automatically. If you enter a virtual extension number, it must be unique within your organisation.
To deassign alternative numbers
For administrators only
