Setting up a hunt group

A hunt group is a way to manage incoming calls in your organisation. With a hunt group, all calls to a particular number are distributed among a group of people. The distribution of the calls depends on the policy you apply to the hunt group.

When a hunt group has been added, an administrator can configure its settings.

To set up a hunt group

For administrators only

  1. Select Standortdienste > Sammelanschluss.
  2. Select a hunt group from the list.
  3. Enter your settings.
