When you belong to a call pickup group, you can answer calls for other members of the group and also join calls.
To pick up a call in your group
Press the appropriate soft key on your phone.
If more than one call is waiting to be answered, you'll pick up the one that has been ringing the longest.
Configuring the programmable keys
To use soft keys, you need to configure them on your desk phone.
To pick up a specific extension
To join an active call
When prompted, enter the extension of the specific user in your group.
The system plays a warning tone to the people on the call to show you've joined. If the person has blocked intrusions, you'll get the busy tone.
