Making calls on a conference phone
There are a number of ways you can make a call on your conference phone. You can select contacts from your company's main phone book or from your personal phone book.

You can enter or select the phone number you want to dial using one of the following options:

You can use feature access codes for making and managing calls from your conference phone. The table below shows some of the available feature access codes.

Answering calls on a conference phone
When you receive a call on your conference phone, you can answer it with the phone speaker. You can also answer a call when you have another call in progress or on hold.

To answer a call
- Press the Answer soft key.
To answer a call when you have another call on hold
- Press the Answer soft key.
The new incoming call is answered and the previous call stays on hold.
To answer a call when you have another call in progress
- Scroll to the incoming call.
- Press the Answer soft key.
The new incoming call is answered and the previous call is put on hold.
