What is the snom D735 desk phone?
The snom D735 is a desk phone that makes calls with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
How do I use a snom VoIP desk phone?
You use a snom desk phone exactly as you would use any other desk phone. You make and receive calls in the same way you are used to, the call just connects over the internet instead of a phone line. For instructions on how to perform specific tasks with your desk phone, see the manufacturer's instructions. There's a link in the Resources box at the top of this article.
Your desk phone interacts with One Net Business
There are several features of your desk phone that interact directly with One Net Business.
- You can use Feature Access Codes (FACs) to do tasks including pulling a call onto your desk phone, parking a call or switching call forwarding on and off.

For example, when you select Do Not Disturb on the display, your availability changes to do not disturb for all your devices and locations. If you change your availability in another location, for example in the One Net app, your availability is also changed on your desk phone.
- Your desk phone has direct access to your One Net Business call history and your organisation's phone book, so you always see the latest information.

Who is the snom D735 for?
The snom D735 is an advanced mid-level desk phone suitable for general office use.
For a phone more suited to basic users, including unattended phone, for example on a front desk or in a warehouse, see the snom 715 and snom D717.
For a phone more suited to specialist users, including executives, assistants, receptionists, call centre agents and call centre supervisors, see the snom D765 and snom D785.
