Yealink® SIP-T48S desk phone

What is the Yealink SIP-T48S desk phone?

The Yealink SIP-T48S is a desk phone for HD VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) business calls.

How do I use a Yealink VoIP desk phone?

You use a Yealink desk phone exactly as you would use any other desk phone. You make and receive calls in the same way you are used to, the call just connects over the internet instead of a phone line. For instructions on how to perform specific tasks with your desk phone, see the manufacturer's instructions. There's a link in the Resources box at the top of this article.

Your desk phone interacts with One Net Business

  • Some buttons on your desk phone interact with specific One Net Business services.
  • Your desk phone has direct access to your One Net Business call history and your organisation's phone book, so you always see the latest information.
  • You can personalise the programmable buttons of your desk phone using One Net Manager.
