The Yealink SIP-T48S is a desk phone for HD VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) business calls.

How do I use a Yealink VoIP desk phone?

You use a Yealink desk phone exactly as you would use any other desk phone. You make and receive calls in the same way you are used to, the call just connects over the internet instead of a phone line.

Your desk phone interacts with One Net Business

There are several features of your Yealink desk phone that interact directly with One Net Business.

  • You can use Feature Access Codes (FACs) to do tasks including pulling a call onto your desk phone, parking a call or switching call forwarding on and off.
  • Some buttons on your desk phone interact with specific One Net Business services.
  • Your desk phone has direct access to your One Net Business call history and your company's main phone book, so you always see the latest information.
  • You can personalise the programmable buttons of your desk phone using One Net Manager.
