You answer a call on your DECT phone. It's a customer who would like to know more about your product. You know that Erika from the sales team can help you answer your customer's questions. You check Erika's availability and see that she is free to receive a call. You place the customer on hold and call Erika to give her some details about the customer. When you've finished speaking, you join the calls into a three-way conference call and continue a conversation with your client and Erika.
